Today was my F&N 'N' Level Practical Exams.
ohmygod.
I'm so nervous cannnn.
Was nearly late due to, in the morning, i need to prepare to pack those ingredients.
Cab to school as i'm going to late already & i dont wanna late because i got my F&N practical in the first three periods!
But in the end, become staying f&n cooking room for 6 periods.
Total about 3 hours over there.
Only given 2 hours for all those dishes.
Was so rush as teacher tell me the serving dishes not matches.
Other already start, while i go find. Hhahahs.
Anyways, Ohmygod! I forget to bring my seaweed & black sesame seeds.
I nearly die manzxz. Luckily, larry was cooking egg pinwheel too & luckily, he have extra.

& ohmygod, my baked eggs with cheese is abit overbaked as i dont know why either.
& My prawn cutlets. Cool. Luckily i deep-fry until just nice & not overburned. ;D
For my tomato egg soup, i think i put too much eggs!? & teacher say thats the eggs are not suppose to be in a bunch. LOLS! hahah. ;D
Luckily, teacher never say much bad things about it.
Though she keep scolding me while cooking. LOL!
I hope i pass can alreadyyyy!
&&& most of them garnish till kinda pretty & nice.
but mine is like worse?! hahah.
Cause too plain already, thus,I still want to put strawberry for my savouring dish?!
Luckily, erica they all ask me don't put as it's not match.
